Please ensure the lace remains uncut and the hair has not been chemically treated or styled to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online return portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the wig in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, gifts, and accessories are included, and securely seal the box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item to confirm it is in original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
